Please note that we are unable to accommodate beginners at present. If you have never ridden 20 miles of rough, hilly, terrain then you might not cope with our rides.
The first Wednesday of the month is "pub night". 8.30 pm at the Slubbers Arms. Bring your diary and route ideas!
The last weekend of the month is usually a two day "Away Weekend." Be decisive! Book a place early to help the organiser
Saturday rides depart at 12.30pm. Wednesday Night rides at 7.30pm. Sunday rides (rare at present) at 10.30am
Ring the ride organiser to check that the venue is unchanged or risk riding alone!
Ride times are departure times. If you need 15 mins. to dress and prepare then arrive 15 mins. BEFORE the departure time. (Why do I find this so hard?)
If you get a flat, or a mechanical or crash, shout "STOP" It’s a nuisance if we only realize after 10 mins that you are missing because you didn't want to make a fuss.
If the person behind you gets lost it's your fault! Glance behind you at any junctions and stop if you can't see anyone, (or at least warn those following that you are going to blast it)
Always smile when cycling up steep hills - it really bugs everyone else!
Always carry a spare tube on rides (inner, not beer ...... well, both if  you can!).
You need at least 10W light(s) for night rides..... (20W is more sensible)

Have fun!

Welcome!
